One bad number on a six-figure BOM reaches the shop floor fast.

Your estimator enters every BOM line. A standard line resolves material cost and labour hours from an approved rate-library item. A custom line cannot be sent without a named vendor and an attached quote. The system does the arithmetic and can preserve the finished line-item estimate as a snapshot.

The assigned surveyor gets a secure, expiring link without entering the staff workspace. They submit the required dimensions, photos, and notes against the project. The office reviews the field facts where the job team can find them.

Your customer opens a secure signing link without a staff account. They review the contract, record consent, and sign from their device. The completed PDF is locked and bound to its content hash, so you can check the stored document for alteration.

The crew needs the approved drawing, not the latest file somebody emailed.

Each uploaded PDF, DXF, or DWG is stored as a drawing revision; the platform does not parse or generate it. Change orders remain beside that history. When engineering is satisfied, Final for Record locks the approved record against further change.
