The change-order amount stays beside the revision until approval.
Your customer should not need a staff account to sign the contract.
The contract flow uses a secure link, records consent, and produces a locked signed PDF. Its stored hash lets you check that document for alteration.

A missing vendor quote, unsigned contract, or superseded drawing can stop a cab job. These answers show which record and approval control the next move.
The platform includes native contract signing — no separate per-envelope account required. The signed PDF is locked and verified against its stored document hash. Production-release approvals and final-acceptance workflows are planned for the Q3 2026 launch and are not available today.
Purchase-order records and material receipt are planned for the Q3 2026 launch. Purchasing is not available today. Automatic PO drafting, automatic budget enforcement, an inventory ledger, low-stock alerts, and vendor-delay warnings are not current capabilities.
Build It Track It does not currently connect to accounting software or an ERP. Deposit and final-payment milestones are planned for the Q3 2026 launch, while accounting remains in the system your business already uses.
Engineering stores each uploaded PDF, DXF, or DWG as a revision, keeps revision history and change orders with the job, and can apply an immutable Final for Record lock. The platform stores these files; it does not parse or generate CAD data. Purchasing is planned for the Q3 2026 launch.

An assigned surveyor uses a secure, expiring link to capture required dimensions, photos, and field notes against the project. The estimator can review that project information while entering BOM lines; the platform does not automatically generate or revise a BOM from survey data.
